The Directive applies to every company: mandatory salary bands in job postings, transparent pay grids, and employees' right to request comparable pay data. Reporting obligations to authorities and the 5% unjustified pay gap threshold apply only to companies with 100 or more employees — progressively: from July 2026 for 250+ employees, then in 2027 for 100–250 employees.

No, absolutely not. Cervilo connects to your existing tools (Payfit, Silae, ADP, Lucca...) via native connectors, or accepts your DSN, CSV, or Excel exports. You keep all your current tools — Cervilo simply adds the compliance layer you're missing.
The initial connection and first report typically take less than a day. Our AI automatically normalizes your data upon import, significantly reducing the usual manual work. For companies with complex or multi-entity data, our team guides you through onboarding.
Security is at the core of our architecture. All data is hosted exclusively in Europe on ISO 27001 certified servers. Upon import, your data is pseudonymized: employee identities are dissociated from salary information, and the association key remains solely in your possession. The AI only processes anonymized data.
